Ruster
I have seen some ammo I would like to give a try but the closest place to me I can get it is Amsterdam, Im in England. Can I order it and have it shipped to my local rfd? Or Can I ask my local rfd to order some in for me? Or Do I just have to sit here without it? Secret option 4 (insert soloution here)
robbiep
You could ask your RFD, but the chances are that any admin / import regulations and paperwork would make it un-economical. That answers 1 and 2. The only other alternative I can think of is if you (or a friend with suitable authorisation) is travelling over that way, then picking up in person, and having all paperwork when hitting customs. Doing it through any 'unofficial' route is probably a good way of getting your door kicked in by people carrying MP5s.
saddler
Shipping of such hazardous goods from RFD1 to RFD2 in the UK has increased massively as of Feb 2016...bordering on not being worth the costs Add in, trying to bring in ammunition from Amsterdam?? Two hopes, none & Bob Option 3 may apply.... OROption 4 ideas. Contact BOLD ACTION to see if he has stock of it or can get stock & will bring some to the Phoenix meeting at Bisley Get in a car & use the Chunnel to nip over & collect it. I said Chunnel as a few of the ferry companies are not keen on ammunition on board, some even outright ban it. Have fun! & WHAT ammo is it??
