Robwalker
I want to buy some good quality lofting poles and decoys can anyone recommend a good website or shop? http://www.ukshootwarehouse.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=240 I have to say that this is a product that we're particularly proud of. Our Lofting Poles have been re-designed to be more compact yet stronger and sturdier than ever. They 'bow' less than any other professionally made product that we have seen on the market despite having more joins and poles than the traditional style. They have a Reach of just over 7.5m. Unfortunately we are currently out of stock on our lofting hooks for another week or two though, but you can pre-order and we do have lofting poles in stock. We also do a full Lofting Kit on our website, this kit includes : 5 Full bodied Decoys, 5 Hooks, 1 Croots rotary Bag and 8 poles.
Andra
I bought one of these for 15 quid it is brilliant, it is strong, quite thick (no bowing) and good quality. Simply loosen the joints extend and tighten. http://www.diy.com/hand-tools/harris-telescopic-roller-extension-pole-185-50m/262320_BQ.prd It extends to 5 mtr so gets the decoys a nice height just hacksaw the end bit off that shoves into a roller then the weighted part of standard decoy hook just slots in. I use a large funnel to make getting them down easier Edited April 4, 2016 by Andra
Old Boggy
I have recently bought a set of UKShootwarehouse poles from Rob and must say they are definitely more sturdy than previous poles, due to the extended length of spigot that goes into the socket end. Also, each being shorter, are easier to carry or put in a bag. Eight instead of the original five at five foot, still retains the same height.
