bazzab
I would love to do that but my freelander is a beauty. Stunning condition. Looking at making something for a tow bar to stand on.
Grandalf
Any shooting truck has got to have at least one sensible hatch. Any vehicle can have one fitted. Go to a yacht manufacturer or chandlers yard and they will do the job for you and it WILL be water tight too. Power points for lamps and other accessories. Large capacity battery or two standards are a must. Some sort of circular seat so that you are at the right height to shoot and a roof-rack modified to make a shooting rest around 360 degrees and stowage for the gun. Ability to put a low screen around you when sitting out so that movement of your hands and arms is not visible for miles on a moonlight night. IR for spotting. Intercom between driver and shooter and anyone else involved. Wireless preferred to cables. Electronic caller of some sort. Radio or similar for light entertainment on long sit-outs or a Kindle. Stowage for flask and snacks. Bed for the dog. Looking at making something for a tow bar to stand on. Everyone tries this when they start lamping - Don't because it doesn't work.
