deadeye ive
Good shooting John Where the viper is concerned have you managed to lock your rifle down with scope attached and check if there is any zero shift when on low to full zoom . A sound moderator improved my grouping's no end

tulkyuk
Good shooting John Where the viper is concerned have you managed to lock your rifle down with scope attached and check if there is any zero shift when on low to full zoom . A sound moderator improved my grouping's no end I agree with the above - sound mod on the end seems to improve grouping (strange but true) and it may also give you a few more shots (quieter). Just my opinion though. Cheers Paul
tikkamark
good shooting john what distance did you zero your 223 in at?You should get that baby threaded i use the t8 surpressor on my tikka and id sware its quieter than my hmr no need for ear muffs I've been thinking about it Mark, thing is I do a lot of walking and she's kinda heavy as is (apart from being rather skint!). It'd be good to take that boom away though. I have her zeroed at 100 yards bang on Has the mod improved your accuracy any or did you shoot your rifle before you got it? The mod is unreal it acts as a muzzle break so there is little or no kick and hardly any noise sounds the same as my surpressed hmr I am getting 1" grouping at my zeroed range of 150yrds so its fairly accurate I know what you mean about weight with the mod on my gun it weighs nearly 13lbs but i have a very good sling with a gel shoulder area so its not to bad.On more than one occasion i have shot two foxes in the one field with my tikka one fox not having a clue what happened his buddy
