Dougy
Called this dog fox in after the keeper told me he'd see one around this area. Spotting with the thermal and switch on the archer. Plonker forgot to put the battery in. Got the battery in and it was still coming in. A quick shout then sent the vmax. Dougy
Your getting too old mate, forgetting something every time now I didn't want another bill for the replacement tube again so I remove the battery now. I used to before but as you know it was a costly mistake. Did you get that that Fox

SPARKIE
With the smooth bore 22.250 ? that smoothbore has a new lease of life with 40 grain noslers....point and shoot. I suspect I just had a bad batch of vmax 55grain bullets as everything else seems to work now. oh and it wasn't me who shot the feet off a 40yard bunnie after 3 shots. Basically the tube was about fluffed. I was very methodical for ages but then i just forgot. Rather expensive bit of forgetting. Do you use the Dragonfly with yours. Yes Dougy i got the dragonfly as well but i find with one of my scopes its bit to powerfull for close range i got to have the IR a little bit to high so the main beam is not in the center of the scope but good at long disstance
