dazza
I went to buy some rounds today and the dealer told me next month the price of bullets is going to go through the roof. Anybody else heard this? I'm paying £3.10 for 50 CCI velocitors.

JohnGalway
Must be about the 10th time I've heard that since joining PW, wouldn't worry about it until it happens These things always happen next month for some reason
Graham M
The price of lead is going through the roof due to the Chinese buying all the bloody worlds supplies. This has caused the price of shotgun shells to go up and will no doubt be causing the same thing to happen to rifle ammo. G.M.

Axe
So lead becomes the new gold then, not stupid these Chineese eh! Perhaps gold costs will plummit and and the ammo could be made from this. At least it would be non-toxic.
Dunkield
I had a quick ring round as need a brick of rimfire ammo. "no winchesters about at the moment mate, plenty of Eley's though" I got the same answer from 3 local gunshops. I was going to give Eley's a try at some point looks like it might be now

badsworth
wonder what the tiddly winks are up to? Becoming the worlds greatest Superpower! The Dragon has woken and is spreading its wings! New cities growing up all over the place and consuming resources at a pace you would not believe. Doing business with all the states that the west will not touch as well as those we rely on - like buying up all the oil and gas they can get. Hope they stay friendly!!!!
