Its a derisory term used a bit tactically by the so called 'official' importers to put down the competition. The thing is you can't really have grey imports from within the EU because its a free trade zone so absolutely anybody is entitled to import them. figgy Posted May 14, 2017 Report Share Posted May 14, 2017 You may have to send it back to the manufacturer for warranty work as most official importers won't honour the warranty as they didn't sell It and didn't get a cut of the profit on it.
