B525 LIGHT
Unless I'm mistaken I'm pretty sure Aberlady permits are only for local residents.
Continental Shooter
It falls (or so the council said) into the John muir country park permit scheme

Continental Shooter
Applied for a John muir permit in June and have heard nothing so far. Anyone know when permits are issued? I applied in March and not heard back yet; when i applied they said the panel was meeting in August and permit would be issued in time for 1st September ... They said: Yes it is, you will get your permit in the mail before the 1st September if you are granted one at the panel meeting in August! Reading on old posts it appears that permits hav ebeen received in the past around this time of the year so, might just be starting to worry that i never get one ... Might just email them next week to see what's going on ... cheers, Edited August 19, 2017 by Continental Shooter
AberFowl
When I applied for a permit for John muir a few years ago and was successful in getting one, the permit arrived a week or two before the season start Edited August 19, 2017 by AberFowl
