reggiegun
SGC needed? Nothing on the list is controlled Primers ? I had to show my ticket to clay and game at the show to buy powder and primers Edited August 9, 2017 by reggiegun
saddler
As I said. NOTHING on your list is controlled. Unless there's s few rifle or pistol primers chucked in. Shotgun primers are specifically exempt from VCRA control. So is shotgun powder. An RFD not having a scooby about the law isn't a breaking news item on PW

rbrowning2
Saddler, you are wrong read explosive regulations 2014 smokeless powder is controlled, various exemptions apply to ownership two are firearms or shotgun certificate. If you are saying you are an RFD then you should know the law ignorance is no excuse. ER2014 can be found on the HSE website.
