Take pad off. You should see a couple of screws. Take them out and you should be able to pull the plate bit out which will have a couple of cylinder type things which the spring and rams go into.

 

Take out springs and fill the cylinders up with resin put back together

 

That's the cheap way.

 

Now if you want to do a proper job. You will need a 20 mm spacer and whatever pad you want. If you want a similar LOP as it was with the kick off. I would go 20 mm spacer and 18mm pad

If this is the same as the xtrema? The removal and spacer job is probably the best option, but is not the kick off topped off with a removable gel tech recoil pad? If so you may need an 'original part' spacer? But the advantage with a spacer is, you can then refit the working kick off if/when you sell the gun.
