eddoakley
Just wondering which way people find it easiest to sell kit. Took in a cz style with photon, mod, sling, bipod etc. and am deciding whether to sell separately or as a kit? Opinions based in experience either buying or selling please. Sell as a full package Or Split up and sell the bits. Cheers Edd
Medic1281
The trouble with splitting is that you might be left with the junk!
eddoakley
I'm well aware of that and have boxes of stuff that has been stripped from guns with the intention of selling separately and I have never got around to. It's not really an issue and I'm sure they will get sold at some point. I have sold lots of packages and lots of bare guns and either way has pros and cons. But in people experiences have full kits/set ups been easier to sell or not? Edd

welshwarrior
Depends on the kit as you well know a NV 22lr set up should be ok as it's so popular now but a good day scope will appeal to more people.
eddoakley
Pros and cons Daf. What's your initial thoughts if you buy a kit? I make the decision all the time as to whether to split or try to sell a package, sometimes the kits are popular as it's an easy option for people but other times they have their own scope or other bits or simply don't want to spend extra money. Good scopes usually come off and sell separately but this is a very nice little set up and just made me wonder what other people's experiences are. activeviii
Sold as a package but willing to adjust accordingly to suit buyers needs
TIGHTCHOKE
Breaking up the trade-ins seems to be a lot of work and as you say you have boxes of stripped bits which you have not got round to selling. Sell it as is, unless it really has some part that is extremely desirable or extremely awful.
