This has been resolved since, I sent an enquiry online (No E-Mail) and it seemed to land in the lap of the Director who got somebody from accounts to call me immediately and made a refund over the phone to my card number. (I did mention I frequented shooting forums and social media, maybe this prompted them into action)

 

I will leave it at that unless my refund doesn't reach my bank account for whatever reason. I was Profusely apologised to and given the Director immediately appears to have resolved the issue I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and leave it at that.

 

I may utilise them again and if I experience any more issues i'll report back.
