Rocky spears good shout I’ve been i there before, they tend to stock more mainstream fixings but always worth a try. Cheers. 

The washers I wanted could not be found but Tightchoke came up with a very good alternative shown in the pictures with grip bars on the outside to bite into the faces and tapered wedge on inner faces to lock so should do the job perfectly.  The other type I was looking for are quite destructive to both the fastener and part so probably aren’t made anymore. 

Thanks for all your help people the knowledge and help this forum provides is second to none
