Eyefor
Just taxed the Scooby from March 1 - and they've dropped the (previously very annoying) £2.50 credit card charge. Must the the new (Government?) ruling coming in to force? For those taxing vehicles this month please note the DVLA site still shows the card charge - but it is not added at the end. Result! Sounds like a crafty ploy to discourage people from using credit charges whilst observing the rules.
Vince Green
Interestingly, when I went to pay my income tax a couple of weeks back they are now saying you can't pay your income tax on line using a credit card anymore. I supposed at the time that's because they can no longer surcharge you.
