Pigeon Shredder.
Well today l was given a free pass as SHMBO was off to the theatre with one of the GC's so l was on the road by 09.30 and heading for one of my permissions in the hope of some pigeon action. ln case it all went txx's up like it has been of late l took the .17 hmr as well as back up as there's always a chance of some ground action, and sure enough this was the most used item of the day. Pigeons all took over the field next door to the one l'm allowed to shoot on, and if l said they were flocking in their hundreds l would be underestimating them, booger! So on a freezing windy and God forbidden day l scored, 2 x Magpie, 1x Squizzers and 1x Woody, all with the hmr, back home early as it started peeing down at 15.00. Guns cleaned, wine gotten from the rack for later. As l said last week, Pigeon Shooting who needs it?
7daysinaweek
Well done on the magpies, spared a few songbirds their threat of molestation. Sounded like a great day and wine to cap it off, very nice! atb 7diaw

Mice!
I'm happy getting a shot at a squirrel, means it was worth getting out of bed, and maybe next time the birds will be in your fields ?
