kennett
Love elderflower cordial, do you think it would work as a spirit flavouring?
Walker570
I have some eldeflower I made 15yrs ago. Tried it once with some Presecco. It was good. This was the fermented wine. I have tried the Belvoir cordial and it is a very pleasant drink.

yod dropper
Fine slice some strawberries and pour some over and leave for a little while. Spot on. It also works well with stewed rhubarb. Or all three together. I also like to drink it with tonic. I didn't make any this year but did make some rhubarb and ginger cordial, drunk again with tonic and it works well with gin.
