After a disastrous start to this year for a lot of PW members. Things are picking up, and we are not far behind this year now compared to last year.

That's a hell of a lot of birds! :) We don't have many pigeons around here, no crops.

Just out of curiousity, cos of the number of shells etc, do ye get paid for shooting?

PAID!PAID!????

:):good:

WE WISH.

The only ones who get paid are the pigeon guides.

God, if we got paid for shooting we would be in Heaven; methinks.

bar if you have a decent and regular and local game dealer.

I wonder if Mr Puddifoot at Pinewood and Deako are looking, so much for quoting our figures to prove there are less pigeons about than normal.

I would also suggest that a lot more shooting days have been lost to the weather this year , than last year.

I have sent Mr Puddifoot a copy by email.

Waiting for a response.

looks like we caught up in Sept BUT the ACTUAL SHOT figures include in Sept, reports added by members that had shot large numbers of birds over the last 9 months.

Still down on last year at the moment.
