Jaymo
As per my wanted ‘ad’ ,, trying to identify the fitment of this choke? Its from my UTAS and from what I’ve read, the Benelli crio should be the correct replacement Ideas? Also, are the Beretta Optima Plus chokes the day,e as the Beretta? Thank you all Edited January 1, 2019 by Jaymo
figgy
That looks like Beretta Optima not the Optima plus. I could be wrong on your choke but I know Benelli uses Optima chokes and older Benelli uses Mobil.

figgy
Not to me as the plushas a blank portion above the threads then the external part. Yours looks like the Optima extended choke.
Mr.C
If that's a flush fitting choke then yes it does look like an Optima Plus to me.

It is flush fitting, sorry Figgy- the portion above the threads is internal fitting.

johnnytheboy
Benelli crio and beretta optima as much as they look the same are not the same choke as both barrels have a different bore, many folk get mixed up and think they are interchangeable but they aren’t!, be careful with this one! figgy
Johnnytheboy they do interchange perfectly thread wise but will not be the same constriction. Aftermarket chokes are mostimes labelled with Beretta/Benelli on them. It usually works out roughly a 1/4 choke less using a Beretta choke in benneli and the opposite the other way round. Jaymo the extra blank portion on your internal choke threw me as it looks justike a Optima extended aftermarket choke.
