I ordered an ff6 on the 7th January and was told it was in stock. I have chased twice after twice being told it had been dispatched. The last time I chased they said they couldn’t find my order or details, and asked me to prove I had paid. I did so as the money was taken on the 7th January. After this they said it would be dispatched Monday for next day delivery. No surprise despite taking a day off work to make sure I was home it still hasn’t turned up. He eventually replaced it with the ff6 but I got the same excuses as to why it never arrived. He told me he’d sent 2 out and both got lost by the courier. I also know of another member who is struggling to get his auto bouncer back after it broke.
