aga man
Another little video for you guys. Not many pigeons out tonight, but what there was were very high, perhaps too high for the camera 45 mtrs +. I fired 15 shots for 4 pigeons and a squirrel and I was happy with that! Hopefully you will see a couple of high pigeons fall. Please comment good or bad on my video as I am new to this and rely on feedback to improve. Best regards, aga man and young dog Bob. Wilksy II
Enjoyed that agaman! Bob looks in fine form and didn’t he do well? Let’s start a crowd funding page to get you a shotkam!
Cranfield
Bob looks as though he is going to be a good dog, steady and retrieves nicely to hand. He is also a nice looking dog, great conformation. Keep up the good work.
JDog
I have yet to meet Bob. He does look to be well trained and have an interest in the job in hand.
aga man
Thanks for the comments guys, particularly those regarding Bob. We have had ups and downs during the last year training him. He has been doing well but the running in thing is only recent after he has seen other dogs on farm shoots doing it. He also got into one or two scuffles. It is clear other dogs can influence a young dog. When i sent Bob off for the second retreive in the film, i had forgot there was a bird down elsewhere that Bob had marked which is why he went in the wrong direction. We will get there in the end.
