Walker570 Posted October 9, 2019 Report Share Posted October 9, 2019 Buy a little unit from Lakeland which takes the core out and slices them as well as peeling all in one go. I think mine was £15 and has earned it's keep for about four seasons. I pack enough in bags for a pie.crumble, suck the air out (Lakeland also sells a unit to do this) and then freeze.
