London Best
Put a cleaning rod in the barrel and measure how far it moves to do one revolution = twist rate. Not rocket science.

figgy
As London best said a cleaning rod. Or if you can look down the barrel and see where one revolution is along the barrel and measure that, it will be close enough. Any particular reason for wanting to know ? Arron yeates
Was looking at data inputting on software as it just throws in a random number. Not sure if adjusting this will make the adjustments to the end result any more accurate. Normally use chairgun pro but as they dont uodate anything anymore ive moved to strelock pro which is awsome so far
