garyb
Guys, Following on from the good day at the "Essex clay meet" I think most agreed to round the motorway 25, to save tosspot having another nightmare journey ! Anyone still up for it? Was thinking Horne, Southdown.... Will be good to see the Pin Vs Mungler rematch - is there money on it this time or just fish n chips ? Cheers GB
pin
I think I tried some basic sums the other day and it's close on to 500+ targets me and Mungler have shot together and there is one target separating us. Doesn't get much closer I keep saying I am up for this, about time Pete had a less eventful trip back home after one of these, count me in! Catamong
Wooow guys, steady on, Southdown will truly sort the men out from the boys................, (ask tosspot)...Mungler ought to take a double dose of Prozac before he shoots the first stand there, it ain't like the Billericay straw bale shoots he knows so well..!! Good luck guys.! Cat.
pin
I'm up for it, they are only clays
tosspot
Very kind of you guys it all depends on what you want, a full day or a cheeky Sun morn home for late lunch Horne Horne fixtures will provide a 100 bird comp and that's it, not even a pool shoot, but it is 50mins from me and not too bad for you guys either, good middle ground 2 mins J8 M25, most shoots are open so no CPSA needed S.Down S.Down Aug will provide a full varied day sporting, skeet, DTL, FITASC ect and is on my doorstep but a fair trek for most of you, and they aint cheap, can be busy on Sat with corporate stuff but open all week Dartford is a possibility, but not sure if they offer sporting on a non comp day? or somewhere completely different TP
garyb
A mix of disciplines like Braintree had would be good... Keeps a bit of competition going

MC
I'll be up for this as well, maybe LB can arrange us a shoot at Greenfields Good brekkie there and a beer afterwards, I am also not worried about shooting Southdown either, as Pin said they are only clays and I can miss them with the best. I am not proud
Mungler
Alright then boys, when and where? I think the simplest thing is we ask Mr. Pot to set the venue and the date and we follow along.

tosspot
Right, how does Sat 8th or 15th Sep sound, venue Southdown, diciplines TBA in fairness practice days tend to be set up on the gentler side as an enticer to shoot the following comp methinks
MC
The 8th is good for me, it is the only weekend day I have free in september. Markio, I am sure between the essex contingency we can arrange a car share, munglertaxi's are very good I hear

Markio
Can't do the 15th now. I have a date with the flight pond and don't think my good lady wife would be too impressed if i walked in from a clay shoot, eat dinner and ******** off again for a evening flight.
