The big problem is that if they have got within 12 miles of our shores, international  law states we must accept them and that means escorting them in as well. What a T***.

I believe we actually send boats out to them beyond the 12 mile mark. as soon as they get on board they are effectively on UK ground.

Don't haul them on board then, either tow them or nudge them back toward France then.
