mad1
Morning all, As I'm working from home but didnt get to shop before the lock down I am going to be spending time pottering on in gun room. I have half a tub of n 135 and a 1/10 twist .243 What weights will I be able to load with it ? I have some 58g 75g and 100g...will it be compatible with any of these? I really should have stocked up on more appropriate powders in hindsight. Thanks in advance Stay safe
lancer425
Might be ok with the lighter bullets, have a look on line for a vitavouri manual, you might get a idea where you want to be.
Kev1gun
It's ideal with the 58grain Vmax, but not sure of the others.

silver fox 1
Hi have you had any luck yet, I’ve just checked my three reloading manuals and they don’t list any loads for n135, I had the same problem bought a tub of N133 to load for another rifle I have but can’t find any load data for my 22.250 looks like a trip back to my local gunshop when we are allowed out again for some n135 as well Let us know how you get on if you find anything all the best BSafe Sf1
mad1
Hi Sf1... Just the data for my 58g is all I can see. Obviously dont want to start loadng any new rounds up until I can take them out and test them. Shame there was no way to buy a smaller amount of powders and "X" amount of bullets to test and try.Just like you can with Air rifle pellets. Good luck stay safe.... Walker570
135 is listed in one of my manuals for the lighter bulets but doesn't show the same performance capabilities as say 140 or 160. Anything above 60g I would be leaning towards 160.
