Help needed

i spent over an hour yesterday writing a post for talk from the field when finished i pressed submit which changed colour and i assumed it went thru when i looked this morning my post was the 1st thing that appeared and i wasnt sure whether it had gone thru or not,something came up saying clear previous content so i did and seem to have lost the post completely. I'm obviously not a techno wizard but can i retrieve the post somehow or could it have gone elsewhere.

Its probably down to your internet,  I get this when I'm in my caravan,  it hasn't loaded when you hit submit, I think because you have hit clear content it's gone.

You'll be better in future writing long posts on an email then you can copy and paste once your done.

Best approach is to open a word document, name it then type your post, copy and paste finished piece wherever you wish - it will autosave if all goes pear shaped.
