oowee
My wife had the 2.0 hse 184 bhp auto. A truly amazing car it would easily do mid 40's mpg and over 50 If I tried. Not bad for a seven seater. 30 mpg does not sound right for a 2.2, a mate has the same engine in an auto FL2 and that will do mid 30's. I would get it checked first make sure it is all as it should be. Is the dpf clear?
Weihrauch17
It will invaidate your Insurance if you don't inform your Insurer. I had my Disco Auto TD5 done and it made no difference at all, was a waste of money.

The guy who did mine was well rated, it made absolutely no difference to anything except my bank balance.
Loki
Hi Superchips (.co.uk) should have something for you - I can say, over 3 vehicles (a petrol and 2 diesel including current Panzer 7), they do what they say on the page............ Obviously you inform Insurers - that it was done to further reduce emissions and give better mpg. L
scobydog
Bought a 2007 FL2 2.2 Diesel TD4 that had been chipped and remapped, it is a totally different vehicle to my mates, much quicker, mid 40's mpg on a run A roads and motorways, it also has a Graduated turbo fitted, all done at a L/Rover specialist. Cost a fair bit in total though for the previous owner. S S
