Hi gang.

Has anyone on here tried it and if so do you think it works or do you think it's all in the mind ?.

                                                                                                                                          Thanks all.

Yes, for pyriformis syndrome, twice, girt bloody long 'uns n'all.

Worked.

That may be different to standard acupuncture. Was it a physio done it for you? They would do more dry needling where they use a long needle into the muscles rather than traditional acupuncture which is normally just jabbed into the skin.

I had dry needling on my calf muscles after a tendon rupture, it wasn't much fun, but my goodness it worked!
