Scully
Any good? Anyone own one in .177, or used one? Comments good or bad appreciated. Cheers
Mice!
There were several threads on the old Agf site, with nothing bad said, there a no frills cheaper PCP that work. I'd personally look for a better rifle second hand but that's just me.
Ultrastu
Horses for courses I suppose . I'd suggest the biggest issue may be reliability over a period of time, I don't know ....but I doubt accuracy will be a problem it having a bsa barrel . Triggers aren't great .but if your not trying to hit a flys arsenal at 50 yds I'm sure it will work just fine.
Scully
Thanks both. Mate has just bought one as part of a ‘package’. He reckons it’s very accurate ‘with the right ammo’, but I must admit I hadn’t heard of it.

I would describe them as a decent starter pcp, often sold with scope, bag and pump or bottle by shops

Cheers Built by BSA in Birmingham, very similar action to the BSA Scorpion. The triggers second stage is long but you can with care fit a longer screw in the rear of the trigger assembly which allows you to reduce the second stage which significantly improves things.
