lovely colour....i do mine (when i had teef) 3 & 4....outa the pan rest 5 mins ...bit of sugar in the pan juices with a splash of good red wine...swill it round untill it starts to caralmalise...chuck it on.............

Got to be with either good creamy mash or triple cooked chips , big field mushroom & a pot of homemade peppercorn sauce for me & chuck a few onion rings in there as well . A touch of brocoli if we are wanting to try be healthy ...
