PeterHenry
This is the Yorkshire Great Pie I started at Christmas - there was too much going on then to finish it, so all the components went into the freezer. I damaged it slightly getting it out of the Aga, but all was well in the end. It contains a whole chicken, several pheasants, pork, pork fat and a couple of wood pigeons. I think the combined weight of the meat (minus pork fat) comes to 6lb. I like all the meats individually though 👍 It does look 😋😋😋😋 though, well done 👏

I also think the chicken skin added another aspect which was nice.
