My only minor criticism is that, by frying all the eggs together in the pan, you were unable to perform the essential stage of basteing the yolk to get the perfect finish

Sorry about not showing chips. I was trying to find a perfect fried egg photo.

Yup, I was always taught by my dear old Mum to splash hot fat (so basting it) over the yolk to cook the white on the top.

Some folk use a spoon for the deed, but Mum always used the spatula.
