It's basically a pan fried duck breast [very tender] sliced thinly, leeks, noodles and broth π I'm a bit like you, as in I like to try different things. It's not a 'hot' dish, but could have added chillies, just wanted to keep to the recipe. But,,,, will add a little bit of chilli next time as I think it needs it,,,, just a tiny amount though. Edit to add,,,, the recipe includes a dry spice mix to sprinkle over to complete the dish,,,, SHICHIMI TOGARASHI. I couldn't get this so used a dry piri piri mix with Szechuan pepper.
