just didnt fancy anything else...bought 1/2 doz local cackleberries......and thin richmond sausages (they remind me of the sausages we used to have for breakfast in the army)

little bit of salt&pepper

i like my sausages PLAIN.........plenty of crumb and no herbs and spices.......when you start put strange stuff in sausages they become foreign muck..........cant get local sausages anymore as the butcher closed a couple of mths ago
