Cheers Dougy I will be very interested and many thanks. Every burger i have ever made from my venison has dropped to bits, i cannot seem to get them in any correct form. Had them overthick, overthin, what to mix them with? The culinary conundrum of the venison patty continues to vex me! I will keep an eye out.
