@ditchman I don't drink red wine myself, but these three affordable reds are recommended by a wine expert, Ned Halley [Best wines in Supermarkets 2025] curtesy of C4 Sunday Brunch.,,,,

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2022, M&S, £6.50

Fairtrade Cabernet Sauvignon 2023, Co-op, £8

The Best Chinon 2023, Morrisons, £9

I know you like a glass of red Simon,  but please drink sensibly 👍:drinks:

I used to like red wine but it started keeping me awake at night, like too much caffeine. My heart would be banging away and me awake until the early hours so I stopped.

Then I had a load of chemo and radiotherapy for throat cancer and although that stopped me drinking the spirits which I enjoyed I find I am able to enjoy red wine again, so I do. :)

I strongly advise just putting up with not drinking it as the method I used is very much not recommended but every cloud and all that. 😎

Don't blame me mate , I was merely asking a question.

I've actually been sticking up for you yknow.    Everyone said that you weren't fit to live with pigs , but I said you were 👍.
