fortune
I thought that Wembley had a roof. If so why the hell didn't they shut it. That game was important so why play on a swamp pitch in torrential rain?

Mungler
It has a roof which moves but bizzarely, it can't be moved to cover the pitch. Daft as ****. The only full cover stadium is Cardiff.
fortune
must be an FA design They seem to f every other thing up. English climate >> w'ere WELL ARD. we wont bother with a roof.. So what if the paying public have to stand in the rain, sleet, snow and wind. It'll harden them up and condition them to loosing. Real bright spark idea. They must be designing the new olympic stadium. I don't think that's going to have a roof either. If the FA commitee were directors in any company they would have gotten the boot for incompetance. They appoint the manager and oversee it all. .of course non of them has a tounge in their head and said to the manager. "is it sense to play just one man up front"? And those players should be paraded around London on the back of a cart. So that passers by could abuse them and throw **** at them. Anyone can make a mistake that's **** law, but I recon that it's a disgrace when they didn't even try. No Fight at all. Next thing we'll see is them crying. That game was important so why play on a swamp pitch in torrential rain? Probably been pinched by metal thieves! Mind you folks: Lead has dropped over $1000 a ton! This could mean cheaper cartridges by 2015! (no, not quarter past 8!)
