TIGHTCHOKE
Having seen the cracking Sausage Rolls that MM knocked up recently I decided I should have a go; I bought the cheapest Morrisons pork sausage meat and their rolled puff pastry. Simply made and then cooked in small batches in the air fryer, they were very nice. I would imagine if making in larger batches and using the conventional fan oven would speed up the process and use up the beaten egg for colour. I did find that I preferred the result from leaving out any mustard or pickle and putting it on the outside just before eating.

TIGHTCHOKE
I plan to give the whole Sausage Roll manufacturing thing some thought and see whether it would be worth having another go. Making a fair few and then putting the uncooked ones in the fridge and then cooking an air fryer full at a time. Maybe tomorrow.
