Simon is certainly a well traveled man to keep coming up with these overseas menus , it look very nice and no doubt tasted as good as it looked , but sadly I won't be asking for the instructions as my ole belly had a look and said , don't you dare , stick to the steamer veg or else

We were just saying that we'll be having lunch on the bbq up at the woodland this Friday and Saturday.  We've got loads of pre spiced pheasant legs in the freezer , so we might be having some of those .  I could always debone the legs , and thread them onto a skewer .
