edd
get a new bucket, and put a hole in the top so a squrriel or rat can just climb through then stick a fen trap in covered with wheat, as the climb in a drop down thay are caught cheers edd
Mungler
Rats. Plenty around this year. Not a pen or a feeder on the farm where I shoot that doesn't have a rat whole (or 10) within 20 feet of it.
Blackbart
Having the same problem on our shoot, cant decide whether its rats or squirrel...there is rat runs all over but there is squirrels about aswell only problem with the fenn trap idea is these are red squirrels so dont want to catch one by mistake. Our feeders look exactly the same as the picture. bunnybasher07
the mk1 fenn traps a (think there called) cant mind tho does the trick well, weve got some and there working great and shoot them at the same time... weve got the same problems, the rats are gnawing through everything including chicken wire! we sometimes flood the holes with a hose and shoot the rats running out or smack them with a spade GM
