rossandjet
Does this phenomena apply all over the country?. You get an old farmer (dad) who is about 65/80 and you also get the young farmer (the son) who is about 25/40. The Son is doing all the work and wants change on the farm, the old man is doing sod all, but still thinks he is running the farm and won't change. The Son is very p**** off about all this’ and it’s always the old man who gets the bottle from the shooter at Xmas.

Floating Chamber
Carbine Williams had the right idea when he came out of the Navy; he told his pa what he could do with the farm!

The son now gets the whisky - so he lets me shoot after his pheasant season.
