ME
For those that dont know, I run a freight / shipping company. Yesterday I got a call from a nice lady who wanted to send 4 boxes of books and clothing to Oklahoma in the USA. I took down the details of the shipment and asked for her details. It turns out that she works at a female prison (over Leftys way) and this was an ex-cons personal stuff that you / me / the UK taxpayer are paying for to send back to the USA for her !!! No doubt her first class ticket back to the USA didnt cover her luggage requirements !!!!! Nice to know where our tax money goes though !!!
