Mungler
I have just popped in and seen that someone has posted my name and details on the other site. Well, there you go. Anyone who has had any advice from me, sold me stuff or bought stuff from me, shot with me or met me will know who I am. The reason I posted my login details earlier today to the other site was because I was being shown as an active user (i.e. posting) on the other site when I have not posted on the other site for a good few months (i.e. someone was using the account who was not me). Before my post, the only person who knew my login details to the other site was Tony the Outlaw - during my earlier "bannage" from the other site he asked for my account details to log into my account to see why it was I was banned. So, that narrows the field down. Whilst my login details were posted, none of my personal information was posted or available through accessing the account on the other side. Someone did that off their own backs. There you go.
thegamekeeper
This is not the case at all, after looking into the site log your ip address (the first entry today) corresponded with the original one you signed up with, nice try at shifting the blame but im sorry what you are saying is untrue mungler the reason I have signed up today is to try and make an effort to stop the squabbling between the 2 forums and in the process highlight the real trolls

Ferret Master
My two pence on the matter is as follows. Ron was a good enough guy and could be very informative when it came to clay shooting and air rifles from what I have read of him. We didn't always agree on certain things but overall I think he was a decent enough bloke when sober. However, I didn't envy the mod's job one bit when he was tanked up, and although he openly admitted that he had a drinking problem (and I hope he gets it sorted) it wasn't a nice job for the mods to have to do. So I guess what had to happen was inevitable if not somewhat difficult like banning any long term member is. I do believe that the mods are very fair. All the best Ron, FM
hawkeye
How many times was he on the sauce, warned as the mods had to edit his posts, contrite the next day and full of apologies ? Dusty, Im no angel but after being told not to do something ten times even I would heed the lesson Digger, do you not think that that was made BM1 the member he was though? After all we all have our traits and Rons was getting tanked up being ribald and then full of remorse in the morning. Don't get me wrong I hear what you are saying, but in this case I feel an exception should be made. Only my opinion of course and we know that the minority rules on here, but hey ho life goes on. SS SS the same thing with Kirky he posted when on the sauce but would apologise next day and he was banned ???
