russ91
well this evening i have been seting up my zeroing and practice range on my permishon, i have set it up so that i can shoot anything up to 150yds (paced out) with a nice big back drop i think it would even be ok for fullbore seem as the backdrop is a big mound of wast land. bob300w
Russ91; There you go, do-it -yourself bench; Legs are 4x2", diagonals are 5x3/4", top is 1" plywood, I used decking because it was the only thing that i could steal at the time, but ply would be a lot easier. Bottom runners are 4x4", these act as a sled, just tie it to your tow-bar and drag it to where the rabbits are. Corner cut-out is 17 x 17", height is 33", seat height is 18". top is 34 x 48". Sizes are not critcal but it must be rigid, and strong enough to take kids jumping on it when you are not about!

steve_b_wales
I use a 'homemade' bench consisting of an old black & decker workmate, a suitable size piece of mdf with a length of 3x2 timber screwed along its length. All I do is assemble the workmate, clamp the mdf onto it and its done. I also use a fold down chair. This works well for me.
