deadeye ive
Posted this for the original meet of 2006 and it never really took off but it won't hurt a second time round What do you reckon http://www.snipersparadise.com/targets/hostage.jpg
bob300w
I think that you will find that may be frowned upon by the Bisley management. We used to use military targets on a military range, the police left some of their targets out (the Essex villain) so we used those for a bit of variety. There was much wailing and gnashing of teeth by the range authorities. Apparently we were permitted to shoot at the military "crouching German" but not at replica's of people. Go figure. In my limited experience of 3 visits I found Bisley to be quite relaxed and often thought that my local club could learn a thing or too but alas they fit the criteria of the examples you mention perfectly However I am no longer a member

Dunkield
I am sure you can use whatever you like as long as it fits within the frame. If I remember, I will bring some balloons, I will bring deer targets anyway. Of you get challenged, just say your name is MC.

Of you get challenged, just say your name is Martin Cavie. Thanks for that Stuart, did I do something to offend you in a former life? There is a rule at bisley about using targets resembling people at bisley and it will be frowned upon on century range, you will probably get away with it on siberia. Do you reckon you can hit that at 600 yards anyway? I will just use the official target thanks. I'll never see it through open sights. Cheers Martin
Dr W
http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?id=2056 The forecast could be better. Don't use BBC it's always pessimistic and only shows one symbol for the entire day try www.metcheck.com which I find to be much better. Dry Firday night, possible light showers on Sat afternoon but fine on Sunday.

Dr W
I propose this as a target, I'm sure it will help PW members concentration and some close groupings between the eyes. Twitching Target I've got mine ready in colour. Or there's this site that gives you some other options, just click on the one you want for a full face, if anyone wants some colour ones printing for Bisley let me know and I'll utilise the firm's resources. Ooooh the choices Edited July 30, 2008 by Dr W
