Harnser
Thanks for you comments guys, It seems that the ripley is proberbly not what i should be looking for to shoot a few rats in a paddock . Bit like buying a boss over and under to a few rabbits when a baikal would do the job . Again thanks . Harnser .

Harnser
Harnser, dont mind me asking but you was offered a Ripley, how much was the fella asking for it and do you know which model it is? Bullet boy , No i dont know what model or how much he was asking . It was only mentioned in conversation by a friend of a friend . After reading members comments on this forum ,it is obviously not the gun i need to shoot a few rats in a paddock . A cheap spring gun would serve my needs . As i think that the gun in question would be quite expensive . Harnser .

tweedledee
i think they are hand assembled and that`s what gives them the hefty price tag.only pcp enthusiasts would spend that kind of money. i handled a fac model in a local gunshop. no way would i see it worth the asking price, but i`m sure it`s a n excellent air rifle
bullet boy
They are an excellent rifle but again over priced.
