codling99
a dog to mark the holes.a locator be handy, deff a shovel, wellies a must with the weather we been having, and allways be as quiet as you can when on top of holes,or rabbits wont bolt and you ll be digging your ferrets out all the time. Bigbob
Nope youv'e got enough kitt for your ferreting just be quiet about the burrows work them from downwind and try to avoid standing on the burrow whilst setting nets and enjoy yourself. You can almost here the screams of panic because you dont have a locator but all that means is you will need to wait on your ferrets reappearing .And then you can pick up the other items as you get the money

p-a-s
in my experience if you bolt rabbits and they miss the nets and escape into a nearby warren leave that warren as long as *** before putting the ferrets in as they wll be very reluctant to bolt and you will end up digging.as for the s400 i wouldnt take it,you would never get a clean kill on a running rabbit,be better off with a moderated 410 or 20g shotgun. lowlander
cant wait to go on sunday, and ive decided agianst the s400, but some people have told us to work one ferret at a time and swap them round every warren, but some other people have told us to work them both together, so what should we do
