Hi All.

wonder if any of our members across the big pond have seen or used any of these printed Pigeon (Flat) decoys....!

Watching the You tube videos they seem to work and i wonder if its as easy as printing off your own picture and sticking it to card or wood...!

they also have some decoys with movement also..

any comments please.

Yes, the pigeons are feral. And the decoys work awesome. We don't have wood pigeons in the US, and so we don't have a choice! But we love to hunt them. I don't know how it works in the UK, but we can hunt them year round in the US, and we're trying to appeal to the bird hunters in America that have a hard time after duck season is over. Try out the decs, they're awesome.

I actually purchased the full length video they have to see how pigeons are hunted in America. The pigeons shot in this video are indeed feral. They don't have wood pigeons in the states, as they are not native to America. The americans don't have much choice as to how to hunt them. i guess theres no season or rules on those birds and its a new sport over in america. I'm not sure why the fuss over the ringed ones. They don't really explain it, but they get pretty excited about it. I think they have upright, and flat decoys... But I've heard that the soar no more decoys work very well, and that they also have a wood pigeon pattern coming out soon. The website also says that they have shells, and full bodies available soon. I'm tempted to order some flat ones, though, just to try them out, and because they seem quite convenient...

When they go shooting in usa they get one of those blokes with the full kit (banjo, drums, harmonica, and even tamberines strapped to his knees ) to stand nearby playing tunes.
