What did you use as a spacer and for tipping off the antler? thanks for the comments boys i used a hardwood [sapelle ] for the spacer and to tip it off. sanded the hazel then used a light oak stain [ 2 coats ] then 3 coats of clear yacht varnish sanded in between coats with fine wire wool , polished the antler with dremel and solvol autosol Edited April 2, 2009 by hodge911 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
