Pippin pup
Been after this vixen since Xmas as My daughter 'meg' Has been loosing chickens from the chicken field and shed. Also I have been very concerned as also running in the chicken field is 10 ewes with lambs at foot. It was nearly dark and imagine my suprise to spot her not 100 meters from the chicken shed with the two cubs. I was approx 40 meters away from her and had the Marlin 120 12 gauge pump action with me. Managed to get all three with three shots with them running in all directions! Heres a big tip for everyone: When you know theres a fox about, TAKE THE 3 SHOT!, I would have struggled with my o/u 20 Gauge! jimblowscash
a little tip, if you ever presented with a vixen and cubs allways shoot the vixen, as the cubs will be reluctant to leave her, but she will happily ****** off without the cubs..
